Mr. Yan Ganming, Deputy General Manager of Jiangxi Guhan Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd., is an inheritor of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Project – the processing technique of Chinese medicinal herbs, and a successor of the traditional "Zhang Clan" (樟帮) processing school in Jiangxi Province. Known for his mastery that elevates "white peony root slices flying to the sky," he can cut 300 uniform slices from an inch of white peony root, showcasing his exceptional skills and dedication to craftsmanship, for which he was honored as a Skilled Craftsman of Jiangxi and a Master Craftsman of Hongcheng.

Recognized as a technical expert in Jiangxi's Chinese medicine processing competition, he is also a National Youth Role Model and a Jiangxi Skills Master, having received numerous accolades from provincial and municipal authorities, including titles of High-Level Talent of Jiangxi, High-Level Talent of Nanchang, May Fourth Youth of Nanchang, and Top Ten Talents of Nanchang. Additionally, he is a Gold Prize winner of the 7th China International "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and was invited to serve as an expert at the National TCM Universities' Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
